Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately any item received out with this time cannot be refunded. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense - all original delivery charges are non refundable. You must obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

To start a return, contact us

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Boris & Barbara, If you haven’t had any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Earrings,  perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
